Beyoncé and Jay-Z mark $200M mansion purchase with fancy dinner in London

Beyoncé and Jay-Z recently marked their purchase of a lavish $200 million mansion by enjoying an expensive dinner in London. According to sources, they had a delightful soufflé while dining with billionaire entrepreneur Nassef Sawiris.

Beyoncé, aged 41, looked stunning in a black mini-dress and jacket embellished with sparkly jewels. She completed her stylish ensemble with a matching bag, heels, and a pair of sunglasses. Jay-Z, aged 53, opted for a sleek all-black outfit, paired with white sneakers.

Their luxurious date night came shortly after news broke that they had splurged on a $200 million mansion in Malibu, which is now the most expensive house ever sold in California, according to TMZ. The 30,000-square-foot all-concrete home was designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who also created Kanye West’s $57.3 million mansion. The property was initially listed for $295 million and took the previous owner, art collector William Bell, 15 years to build.

This real estate purchase ranks as the second most expensive contract in the United States, with a New York City apartment previously selling for $238 million. Unfortunately, Beyoncé and Jay-Z couldn’t celebrate their new California home immediately since Beyoncé is currently on the European leg of her highly acclaimed “Renaissance” tour.

Throughout her tour, several members of Beyoncé’s family, including her husband, mother Tina Knowles-Lawson, and eldest daughter Blue Ivy, have been spotted supporting her at various performances.
