Jane Fonda was born on December 21, 1937. She is an American actress, activist, and former fashion model and is also recognized as a film icon. She is also the recipient of various Awards including the Cecil B. DeMille Award seven Golden Globe Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award, two British Academy Film Awards, the Golden Lion Honorary Awards, the Honorary Palme d’Or, the AFI Life Achievement Award, and two Academy Awards.

Jana Fonda’s lustrous beauty and fascination earned her the image of a sex symbol. Fonda proved to the world that she was an accomplished actress who could play any role with the same faithful and integrity. Jane also regenerate herself as a fitness guru and produced and starred in several exercise videos during her later years.

She was born Lady Jayne Seymour Fonda on 21 December 1937, in New York City. The child of Henry Fonda and Frances Brokaw. Jane’s father was a very famous actor and was counted amongst the best actors of the 20th century and her mother was a noble.

Jane used to enact the scenes she had seen in the movies with her brother. She displays to movies and acting from a young age.

Adversity effect, When she was 12—her mother, miserable over her marital problems committed suicide. Jane’s father was a cold and faraway man who never developed any emotional bonding with his children.

Jane attended Emma Willard School. Fonda was very talented and determined even as a teenager when she was 15 and taught dance at Fire Island Pines, New York.

Jane enroll at Vassar College, and while there she went to Paris to study art for two years. Jena returned to the U.S. and studied acting under Lee Strasberg in 1958.

During the 1950s, she was active on the stage which formed the foundation for her Hollywood career. In 1960, she made her debut with the romantic comedy Tall Story opposite Anthony Perkins in which she played a cheerleader who pursues a basketball player. Jane starred opposite Robert Redford in the Netflix movie Our Souls at Night in 2017. She also starred in the romantic comedy film Book Club in 2018.

In 1965, her first marriage was to Roger Vadim which ended in divorce. They had one daughter.

In 1973, Jane married Tom Hayden. The couple had a son and later divorced. In 1991, her third marriage to the cable television tycoon and CNN founder Ted Turner in 2001 they ended. Now, she is currently dating record producer Richard Perry.

In 2010, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and has since recovered. Fonda established the Jane Fonda Center for Adolescent Reproductive Health in Georgia which aims to prevent teenage pregnancy through education and training programs.  Jane is a feminist and supports causes like V-Day which is a movement to stop violence against women.
