Taylor Swift has exciting news for her fans as she prepares to release the deluxe edition of her album Midnights on Friday, May 26. This special version, titled Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition), includes not only the original album but also the highly anticipated “3 am” tracks and the exclusive bonus song “Hits Different” from the Target CD.
Additionally, Swift treats her fans with two brand new songs: a revamped version of “Karma” featuring the talented Ice Spice and an enhanced edition of “Snow on the Beach” that showcases even more contributions from the incredible Lana Del Rey.
During her upcoming show on Friday, Swift will be offering an exclusive CD edition of the deluxe album, which includes yet another new track called “You’re Losing Me.”
Following the initial release of Midnights last October, fans expressed their disappointment regarding Lana Del Rey’s limited involvement in “Snow on the Beach.” Swift, being attentive to her fans’ desires, took action.
Today, she shared, “You asked for it, and we listened: Lana and I returned to the studio with the sole purpose of recording additional vocals by Lana for ‘Snow on the Beach.’ Love you, Lana š„°šāŗļø.”
Um. SO much to tell you. Iām a massive fan of this brilliant artist and after getting to know her I can confirm: she is THE ONE to watch. So delighted to say that Karma Featuring the incredible @icespicee_ will be out TOMORROW night at MIDNIGHT ET as a part of the new Midnights⦠pic.twitter.com/OaRrHBWTUw

In a recent interview with Billboard, Del Rey expressed her thoughts:
Well, first of all, I had no idea I was the only feature [on that song]. Had I known, I would have sung the entire second verse like she wanted. My job as a feature on a big artistās album is to make sure I help add to the production of the song, so I was more focused on the production. She was very adamant that she wanted me to be on the album, and I really liked that song. I thought it was nice to be able to bridge that world, since Jack [Antonoff] and I work together and so do Jack and Taylor.
Swift is currently engaged in her Eras Tour, and she has further plans to release Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) on July 7.
